Yes, me too.
So I've fallen into the trap that is Twilight. I can't stop reading it, I LOVE it! Well, actually I finished Twilight a couple of days ago and i am in the middle of New Moon (not as good as Twilight)

Oh my goodness Katie! You are sooo right! This is soooo much more Edward than who they cast for the movie...I am so disappointed too! I was so mad! We'll see how he acts! I hope it is good! I miss you!

I'm not really disappointed in the Edward choice though - that's pretty much how I pictured him.
I'm not a huge Twilight fan...but I pictured Edward more along the same lines as you Katie. Honestly, I liked The Host much better.

I think that's a pretty good pick for Edward - I still think it's unattainable to get anyone to play Edward because she set him up to be so amazing. I think Rosalie is an even worse pick though!!!! The girl is barely even attractive.
Oh I have to agree even though I have never read the books but I have heard all about the characters. I think you made a better choice. And as far as what Esther said I saw the girl on an interview and she is actually really pretty in real life they just make her look plain in the movie.
Katie don't give up Eclipse puts them both back in perspective. I really liked the "Host" too! It is a lot different than the Twilight Series though.
I love Twilight. Most of them. 1 & 3 are the best. You'll have to tell me if you're an Edward or Jacob fan. If you're a Jacob fan, I might have to fight you. I tagged you, by the way!
